Republic of Moldova and International Fund for Agriculture Development have signed Financing Agreements for implementation of Inclusive Rural Economic and Climate Resilience Programme (IRECR) and Rural Resilience Project (RRP), which overall goal is to enable the Target Population to raise their incomes and strengthen their resilience to climate change.
The CPIU-IFAD will recruit a full time Senior Specialist in Climate change Resilience, team leader, with a strong background in projects implementation, experience in agriculture development and/or sustainable management of natural resources, forestry, to undertake the duties of component implementation in IRECR and RRP. She/he will take part from the CPIU-IFAD team, will take lead and responsibility for the implementation of the Climate change component financed from GEF and ASAP funds.

The CPIU-IFAD invites eligible Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide to the address indicated below, information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services by submitting detailed curriculum vitae in English, Letter of Express of Interest, and at least three (3) professional reference.
